About the Role
As a Functional Analyst, you will work within a Scrum team and serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, designers, and developers. You will document and validate requirements, create structured user stories, and support the testing process to ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, clear communication, and a proactive approach to improving processes and collaboration within the team.

Your Key Tasks
• Translate business objectives into clear and structured functional requirements.
• Document and refine user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and designers to ensure solution quality.
• Conduct data analysis and create BPM diagrams to clarify workflows.
• Contribute to test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Maintain detailed and structured documentation.
• Support end-users and act as a point of contact for system-related questions.
• Help identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Your Profile
You are a detail-oriented analyst who combines strong technical understanding with business insight. You communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences and enjoy working in a collaborative Agile environment.

Skills & Experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of BPM, data analysis (SQL), and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and FigJam.
• Familiarity with Agile and ITIL methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Kibana and UX prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in French and/or Dutch, fluent in English.
